He was born in Ankara at 1964. He is from Beypazarı-Karaşa. He was graduated Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry at 1988.
He has attended course of dental implant at University of California on 1991.
He has joined dental implant education training programmes at USA; San Diago, Los Angeles, Texas and Tapma cities between 1991-1994. He has joined scientific programmes at Germany, Italy, Mexico and Spain.
He has experienced advenced surgical tecniques with Dr. Michael Pikos at Tapma (USA) in 1995.
At 1996 he has been a diplomatic member of International Congress of Oral Implantology.
At the year of 1996 he has established Meffert Implant Institude and ICOI Meffert Study clup with Texas University Periodontology Headmaster Prof. Dr. Ronald Meffert, and he has been the president of both education center.He has joined many course and lecturing programmes. He has helded several educational programmes at universities.
At 1997, he has done 12 course programme with 3 full day course programme.
He has given lectures at Ankara with Dr. Ronald Meffert, Dr. Osama Tanaka, Dr. Nikaad Javid and education obligators from Turkey.
He has winned the reward of succesful young person of Turkey about scientificleadership at 1997 collobration of Junior Chamber and Hurriyet News. He has represented Turkey at international race.
At 1998 Dr. Özzeybek have signed the agreement of scientific, cultural Exchange programme between Texas Unv. Faculty of Dentistry-Ronald Meffert Implant Institude.
He has prepared a health programme on a national TV ( Flash TV) with 1 hour a week for 6 mounths.
On Practical Periodontics and Aesthetic Academy Journal an article has been written about him and Dr. Ronald Meffert Implant Institude on 1998. (724.Vol.9.No)
Dr. Özzeybek helded an international scientific congress with ICOI in Bodrum at 1998 and 2001. He was the president of this organization. The attendends came from USA, Russia, Canada, Japan, Italy, Spain, Germany; Dr. Ronald Meffert, Michael Pikos, Poul P. Binon, Osama Tanaka, Ferdinando Cosci, Ali Arif Özzeybek has joined this congress. At 2001 there has been 40 education obligators attendens to the organization as a lecturer.
Between 1997-2002 he has been the president of Ziya Baba Karaşar Faith – Education and Help Foudation which is researching about Bektaşi faith philosophy.
He has been worked at Analitical Information Center where the political scientist develop projects have established at 2001. He has been joined 1st and 2nd Democratic programme.
He has been chosen to Political Party of Democratical Turkish Party at 2002 he has been worked as head advertiser of the president of this party.
In the book of “ Real Success Stories from Our Country” which is written by Vedat Akman at 2002, Dr. Özzeybek’s story of success has been included.
He has been candidate from Ankara 1. Region at the collabration of Democratical Turkish Party and Doğruyol Party at 2002 Turkish General President Selection.
At 2004 he has build up the Society of Future Science and he is still executing as president.
At 2005 he has build up the Society of Meffert Implant Institute and he is still executing as president.
He is still working in his clinique as a dentist. He is married and he has two children.
